The Multicultural Community Resource Center (MCRC) has been serving the immigrant, refugee, Latino, and New American communities in Erie for more than 35 years. MCRC provides comprehensive services designed to support successful integration, promote self-sufficiency, and improve the economic, social, and physical wellbeing of individuals and families.
MCRC takes a client-centered approach, prioritizing the needs of newcomers as they adjust to life in the United States. In addition to direct services, MCRC advocates for increased community awareness and education about Erie’s diverse populations.

Employment & Workforce Support
- Employment services and job readiness assistance
- Career guidance and workforce integration support
English Language & Education Programs
- English as a Second Language (ESL) classes
- Citizenship preparation and naturalization assistance
- Learning support and academic assistance
- Level-appropriate placement and flexible scheduling
- All classes are free of charge and funded by government or community-based grants
Social Adjustment & Case Management
