The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism by offering services so people can live independently in their community and achieve Everyday Lives. DHS’ Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) works across the Commonwealth to serve more than 58,000 Pennsylvanians with intellectual disabilities and autism.
